The bass which is absent is due to a shit chip inserted by Samsung . But if hear the sound of galaxy ace,s,s+,s2p,s3,or any upcoming android device you will get bass effects.
Here is the h@ck to get the missing bass on your device without any application .

How to :
Jut do flash this.
For flashing this zip file you should have got root access and clockwork mod recovery installed in your gs2.
I really recommend you to go with jelly bean update from previous post[odex or deodex both will work(from me the deodex one)].

For flashing zip file boot into recivery mod(press power+home+volume up simultaneously and release when you got galaxy sII boot screen with gtI9100 at boot up).
Simplified steps:
Use volume up/down to navigate and use power botton as ok.
1. Transfer the “ .zip ” you want to flash to your
sdcard.The best way is to save the file in the
root of SD Card. But you can also save the
file in any folder you wish on your SD Card.
2. Boot into recovery mode [See instructions
above]
3. Now Scroll to “ install zip from sdcard” and
select it.
4. Select “choose zip from sdcard”.
5. Scroll to the file you transferred in Step 1 and
select it.
6. Now confirm installation by selecting “ Yes —
Install xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.zip ”
7. Now a splash screen will appear , confirmation of setup running.
8. Just follow the instructions which appers on the screen of setup .
9. Choose samsung->samsung->skip->noozoxide->next->next .
10. Wait for installation done.
11. Reboot your device and go to:
A. Open an explorer (I recommand Root Explorer) and verify if build.prop lines where added (Go to /system/ and open build.prop
file look at the end of this file). If lines where added correctly just reboot if not add them manually:

B. Go to setting sound audioeffect and choose the Equaliser you want (it will keep the one you choosed in memory).
And do the settings as you like in noozoxide setting app.
